Who doesn't love fries? They're crispy, salty, and perfect for snacking. But what if we transform this classic comfort food into something extraordinary? Introducing Spicy Garlic Sesame Fries—a dish that balances heat, garlic goodness, sweetness, tanginess and nutty flavours. Inspired by Korean cuisine, these fries pack a punch! Hot straight from the oven the fries instantly absorb the heat from the Siracha, sweetness from the sugar and vinegar, the nuttiness from the sesame seeds, and umami from the soy sauce.
